Once again it is SUNDAY down here, so here is my input to start us off.Again, I can't take the credit for the build, thats for fellow HAMBer FC59 That's it for me, but to those of you have not seen it yet, do yourself a favour and check out http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=675883Cheers Rod
Howdy Folks, I was told to post this. See the full gig on the 'Barris Kustom City' build thread. Cheers, Matt & H.R.D.
I agree with that Fat 1 this dio is cool as, awesome work gents. Thanks Fat 1 also for posting my models again. Cheers FC59
A friend said it was OK to post these pics of his ongoing build, I put the pics on my site to save space here. http://www.p40warhawk.com/My_Stuff/Dragmaster_IV/Dragmaster_IV.htm
Finished the '60 chevy (not too bad for a 2 weeker) and scored this vintage A for five bucks off ebay
Very nice stuff ,,,,Really like the A by the way,I missed that one ,Due to control issues,,,,Told myself I got to stop buying toys,The latest one I bought was off of publishers clearance house,Its the 1/18 scale 61 Mako Shark.Paid more than I can buy it on that unmentionable site......
it gas man day .. it an original ford 49 kit added a few modern updates .. built it this week for model car sunday .. i will built a new one for next sunday
Great cars, again, this Sunday. Other than decals and a few little things I've got the Dirt Late Model finished. It's such a huge model, I took a picture of it next to a couple of other cars I've built for comparison.
Wow, I was not aware of this. So this happens every Sunday?! This is great. Nice stuff so far. Nice truck fat141. I like what you did with the Comet Comrick. Garage looks good hot rod. The 60 turned out nice Rc. Good to see you here Lyle. Very cool Modelking. Sprinter, what scale are those? Here are a couple of ones I have done. Mike
Mlomaka; There 1/8 scale. I can't see good enough for the smaller stuff. The only trouble with large scale is they tend to look like RC stuff but they are all scratch built with lots of detail.
Nice stuff this week. I've prolly posted pics of this one before, but its been a while so I'll show it again.
NICE WORK Look for these every Sunday. Someday I'll build one of my kits. So little time right now with work and such.
Hey guys, Here's my contribution, Rolling bones style 3 window, pinched frame rails, mild channel, 6" scale chop. I'm really excited about this build! It will need a hood stretch, and Probably a Hilborn injected SBC, with ram horns. I also Cleared my shoebox that I posted last week. The clear was really aggressive (duplicolor) and ended up "pulling" the paint away from the top of the skirts/ door scribe lines (the paint was really barely misted on at those points anyways). Bummer.
Pretty amazing. Can we get some glamour shots of the chassis / motor again when you are all finished with it, please? Gary
Stunning work, ChistopherM. I always dug this Clarkaiser Shoebox. Could these pipes help you out of your jam? (They also looked good on Spence Murray's Chevy!)
