Where can I find these rims size 15x6, or 16"x? 6 lug rims? Thanks.

Rim/Wheel, Toilet Paper/Bathroom Tissue, Ketchup/Catsup. Use one or the other and don't make a big deal about it.

I think its funny. I always get on people for using the word "clip" instead of "magazine".

    No.

A rim is one of the parts that makes up a wheel. All of those other things are not parts of the other thing.

And it was all in good fun, I'm not being a ****... I was gonna say get a hold of Wheelkid but someone already did.

Yes, into the 70s somewhere, they went to a 6" wide 6 lug 4x4 instead of the old 5.5" for 60s trucks

    Squirrel,
I purchased a set of rims at a swap meet that I was told were from a 70's truck. They didn't fit. They hit the tie rod on the front and on the rear the rim hole was too small. Just sayin.

Exactly right. Whether you want catsup, or ketchup, you won't get it by asking for a tomato.:D

Interesting...they were probably from a 90s truck? or from some other brand of truck (several other brands use 6 lugs too)

I know there's a pair of 70s chevy 4x4 15x6 wheels on the front of my son's 59 pickup right now, they don't hit the tie rod, and they also fit on the back just fine. I've run them on old Chevy trucks since some time in the early 80s.

When I'm selling stuff at the swap meet, and someone asks me what a part is from, I ask them "what are you working on?" then tell I him it's from one of those cars...

  29. .... universal! .... no "stopping dead" at my swap spot!

  30. Then you run into if it is a tom-ae-to or a tom-ah-to (spelling phonetically of course).

One could always call them a wheel/rin like they do in the neighborhood.

Wheelkid is a good choice by the way. You can even dictate backspace when you order or tell him what it is going on and he can recommend the propper back space.
