Rolled it out to my buddy Sky at Skys seat Cover Center in Fremont Ne. around the 1st of March. dropped it off drank a few beers and said goodbye.
This is about the 7th car Sky has done for me and I don't even have to talk with him about what I want anymore as he's pretty dialed in to my style, never been disappointed.
He had it ready for me to pick up a day before setup (3/22/12) at the Omaha World of wheels. He not only does great work but has become a good friend over the last 25 years of horsing with cars.
Kept this one pretty simple to go with the old crusty paint (that for me is done)
Nice tuck & roll but has rubber mats (no carpet) and the trunk & storage area behind the seat is just flat panels and insulation, just enough to hold down the road noise.
It's pretty much come full circle since the fire back in December and just in time for cruising and hitting the highway. Lemme know what ya think. Gary

That interior looks so nice, it puts you on a slippery slope... You are about a half step from chroming the window frames and painting the car shiny black.

Nicely done little car you have there. -Abone.

I say go for it :) Nice interior, simple and classy.

In fact it looks like something I could attempt myself on my 36 sedan.

Now to buy a machine and start sewing ;)

Thanks and my thought exactly...low maintenance

Hope to be at RR not sure bout Des Moines, maybe friday only

Thanks Abone, I don't think it's gonna get to shiney black, but chrome garnish moldings is a possibility

I know, I was gonna replace it but just couldn't do it

Thanks Nick, really don't think it's gonna get paint, but I never rule out someone else owning it

Thanks Larry, 3 SOT's commented in a row, do you guys coordinate this stuff :)
You would think I could hold on to one of these. Seems someone always wants it worse than me. I always say "was looking for one when I found this one". Theres more out there
