I won't give up... It's very close to my home and easy to stop by... Nice folks and always welcome my visit.. They have ALOT of stuff sitting around including more cars... This one is the most interesting to me, so I haven't expressed interest in anything else.

Is the 57 a Ford or a Meteor? It can't be both.

I thought the same thing till I covered the door top with my hand... it's kind of an optical illusion because of the longer door top.

that makes sense, otherwise it drives me nuts when people call Meteors Ford Meteors and Monarchs Mercury Monarchs... it's akin to saying a Ford Lincoln... as they were sold as their own marque separately like Mercury and Lincoln are to Ford.

Ford was good to us Canadians for sure giving us these extra models that were even better in a lot of cases then the standard versions unlike GM with Pontiac badged Chevs and Dodge with the Dodge badged Plymouths...

Wow, a Stageway 59 Chev wagon! That would go great with my Stagway 59 Suburban.:D

  26. I prefer to think that the Canadian engineers were ahead of their time. Nowadays they call them crossovers, haha.

Some of the Canadian coach built stuff I have seen is wild, though a certain someone on this thread says they never existed...

This Stageway 59 Chev would have been from Cincinnati Ohio IIRC, I'm guessing it's in Utah as that's where the OP is... I need to win the lottery and go get it! :D
