i read that somewhere also, that the fastbacks were a fiberglass addition for racing.they shed some weight and help with aerodynamics.

Thanks for the kind words. The front clip is a BzRods.com and the frame connectors are Globalwest with a little added for the lakewood ladders to mount up

Here are a few. Going through a minor facelift and lose a little excess weight. :)

Ha ha,i call it Millenium Falcon :D
Built in late 70s early 80s here in Sweden, theres ALOT of space stuff going on everywhere.
Sadly the paint is really bad cracked and big bits is falling off so im going to grind it down to bare metal.
There is dual L88 scoops on the hood and there were some "funky" wheel wells in the back before made of bondo and fiberglass over some screwed in aluminum plates
In the days this car had an angry small block with tunnelram an dual carbs 4,11 gears and a 4speed.
Im rebuilding it in some kind of backyard 60s race car.

Some photos before i got it:

In the process of upgrading this car with Church Boys suspension and some big disc brakes. The explosion in development and availability of really good parts for these cars is super. Now I can actually turn and stop as well as go fast in this car.
