It looks very much like a French Farman but not able to identify the model.Very similar to their F40P fitted with a Lorraine-Dietrich engine.
Farman's, established in 1908 by two brothers, initially as two companies but combined in 1912. They produced significant aircraft for WW1 and I think the craft illustrated is an early war machine.
During the conflict the Company employed 5000 people in a factory 2 miles in length producing ten craft per day.
British aviators commonly dubbed the aircrafts " Horace " after the brothers' names - Henri & Maurice!

  3. this pic kinda reminds me of "Spaceballs" and Dot Matrix - "Quit lookin' up my can"!

What are the chances of this mobile soda fountain still being around and what would it be worth?

Sad but fascinating, at once. Looks like a bonfire gettin' set to happen. Then CRUNCH and onto a barge headed for the steel mill, eh? You can't help thinking about the project cars that were there before they piled 'em all up like cord wood.:( I'm guessing late 1950s, give or take a bit. Would be interesting to know the LOCATION, though.

I bought a used 99 Mustang in NJ and it has a Locke Motors, Tampa Fla sticker on it. They're still around.
