    43738 The trick question is The officers in the car are Russian, those caps are give aways. So I think the car is a Russian Zil a Caddy knockoff

    This hydro appears to be T class that ran in the 1950's using a stock 44 cubic inch 4-cyl Crosley motor - very popular class back then in the Detroit area.
