My friend's brother, Nick Gordon, 1955, with his pride and joy. She remembers it as chopped so he may have done that later. Went to Lynwood High in Lynwood, California. Anyone know the car ?

Wow, he was married to Bette Davis! He used to live just above me (Falmouth, Maine) and drove an old healy with a raggedyassed roof winter and summer. He'd come to our school and read to us. That was before he was the penguin in batman. I often think of him. Thanks for posting.

 

Gary Merrill was not the Penguin on Batman. That was Burgess Meredith. Given that, which actor are you talking about?

That is correct. It turns out he was the voice of Batman in the Superman radio series. I remember him in Combat and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.

I believe this was a celebrity Stars vs. Angels game in 1964. Looking at the Angels roster, I think the Angels player is Vic Power #83.
