    LOL! Some had me humming Yellow Submarine. The one that looks like it is made of leather or vinyl reminds me of those fold-up travel bags with all the pockets, parking would be easy if you could do that to that one. Gary

    1) i was wondering about the camber settings in the top right picture.

    2) i think lsd was discovered/invented in ww2, not suprisingly......

    Going back to first pics...Dads neighbor has a 39 plymouth sedan delivery with tracks and skis.......I'll take apic next time I'm home.

    These are awesome shots from history when imagination and backyard engineering sprang up everywhere. Too bad a lot of that kind of thinking is gone today. Those were fun times indeed. The first snowmobile possibly?

    It shows that having lots of imagination isn't a new thing. They sold either kits or plans for that little two seater in the first photo in post 3 in adds in the back of Popular Mechanics up into the 70's at least.
