    I am in my 60's and have been playing around with cars since my teen age years.
    I have a 59 Corvette that I have been working on for more years than I care to remember. It has a 62 327 that I put together with a solid lifter 340 horse cam. I am tying to complete the body work.:)

    Dont worry about how long you have taken on the 'vette
    My dodge is still in a mess 19 yrs after coming off the road

    Welcome, when I picked up my '61 Vette in late '08, it had a similar engine, a 327 with 461X heads and the same Duntov #097 cam. That cam adds the right 'sound' to an old Vette.
