Recognized that photo in post 80, is that the beginning of the Mokan donut? Saw the vid today on youtube. That was classic, did the pilot need to clean his shorts? Also your dragster looks great!

Started building the weed burners over the weekend, still need to trim about 2 inches from the ends of the pipes and round off the corners of the flanges but you get the idea. Todd

I put a straight edge against the side wall of the slicks laying across the tops of the pipes, mark where the straight touches the pipes. Before I cut the pipes, I wrapped black tape around the pipe to simulate it shorter.
Stand back and look at it from alot of angles. I spent a whole day looking at mine before I trimmed off another 3/4''.
If those are the same pipes I got, I trimmed off 4 3/4'' off the MFG. supplied stock length total.

Thank Robert. I've been working on them over the weekend, and think I've finally gotten them just right. 3.5 inches off each end of pipe. I'll know more when I roll it out and stand back. I'll post pics later.

Brian Fox does it again, what a craftsman (and hell of a nice guy too)
I can't wait to see more of this car as it progresses.
Keep up the great work ChassisResearchKid!

Borrowed a blower from a friend to do a little set-up and build throttle linkage, so don't pay attention to the blower drive. This is a Randy Richey scoop and it is a work of art. Thanks Randy! It's slowly but surely coming together.
