Having never been able to sit in either, which has more legroom a 26-27 T Coupe or a Model A Coupe?

It would depend on the year of the A. 30-31 has more room than its 28-29 brothers. Both have slightly more than the T's.

The '26/'27 Ford couple is tight and the '28/'29 isn't much better. If, 5'8" or less a coupe in these years would be OK. If, your over 5'8" or more a sedan would be much better, you can always push the seat back. As, you go up in years the room gets better a '30/'31 is bigger, being 6' I fit in the 30 coupe just fine.

    ,I have both an A and a 27 T coupe The A has a little more room i think.Don't plan on chopping the top on the T , I could be wrong...........PINCHER

  6. Depending on a few things like firewall, channel, and chop the '27-'29 is about the same. '30-31's have a little more, maybe a couple of inches.

  7. '23 Ts are REALLY small.

    That really helped Fred!!! :D

  9. the question is more about foot room. leg room on these cars can be adjusted with seat placement and height but if you are running three pedals the T has a lot less foot room.

Stock they are pretty close for leg room. You can squeek about 5 more inches of leg room out of an A by eliminating the rear shelf and moving the seat back. Also the "T" is a bit narrower.

As noted, be careful about chopping and channeling either one. Make double sure you'll fit in it. I have three friends right now who hate to drive their rods because they are so darn cramped. Damn shame 'cause they're sweet looking rides and they put a ton of work into them.
