the nice thing about it is that you can go one way until you tire of it and then the other way, but personally I like the caps.

She just really likes being in the car. I guess I should ask her about the caps.

I have a friend that has a 55 Plymouth 4 dr. , with a Pontiac V6 and tranny in it. Has a home made intake with dual carbs. He was going to send it to the scrap yard, but I got it on hold. Body looks pretty solid with a couple small dents. Interior is suffering a bit. Still runs and drives. Anybody interested in it? He also has a 56 Desoto body that was going the same way. I just hate to see these old cars in the scrap pile. If interested, call him at 605-350-5273. Cars are in South Dakota.

midnightoil---Your Plymouth looks like a lot of work went into it. How much is it chopped? Post more pictures and give us more details when you can. Looks great!

Ok,thanks. I tried that 8038 number with my local paint guy(he actually had the sheet from 1956 too) and he said the database wouldnt give him any way to mix it in the newer urethane paints. He said normally it automatically converts to the newer mix. He's gonna do a little research for me. I'll pass on any info when I get it.
