I will be there with my camera, I take pictures of real ones only. I will post my pics and hopefully other HAMBers will also.

To make a long story short, I bought this all steel,1941 Coupe in 1983. I had just finished (almost finished.....) with my house, and had pretty much run out of money. I had bought the Willy's from a friend (kept after him since 1972 to sell me the car) who had bought the car back in 1964 from Chick Brignolo. So, when I knew it had to go, I called Chick and he was at my house 1 hour later.
He still owns the car today. It is on round tube chassis he built, powered by a blown Hemi, painted black and straight as an arrow. Today the car is probably worth more than it cost me to build my house in 1983 ! Who would have ever guessed that could be possible?

This was my Father's car (Joe Padula) back in the mid 60's.
He ran it at Connecticut Dragway, Charlestown, Lebanon Valley and other strips around New England.

Does anyone remember it? or have any photos of the car?

Or remember Joe and the crew. :)

    Thanks, Tom
