I'm looking for an appox. estimate on worth of a 1939 2dr Lincoln Zephyer, appox. 95% complete...this is garage find...just took possession for non-payment of storage fees, before some go beserk, it's been three years, w/no communication what so ever, selling building, must sell it...have no clue what it may be worth...looks solid...pics coming later this week...good title...
Hmmm. You can't just take possession. You are owed storage fees, nor a car, right? Theres a process to go through, did you do that? But if you did just take it, how did you get a clear title?
I know Nevada has its own set of rules but I doubt if it is much different from California where a person has to file a lien, publish the lien, hold a auction and eschew any profits (if any) from the sale back to the state.
