Cool little roadster, but I think I would have left the running 40 the way it was:(

    thanks guys for the interest!
the kids busted a$$ it was a lot of fun.
its been good to get back on this project.

    hey Toast.
I was and am still a little torn as to what to do.
this project helped to push me over the edge though.
originally to me the coupe had a seized 347 pontiac and a 39 gearbox,
so this stock running gear was always temporary.
really I just want to be able to drive it cross country,
and when it breaks be able to fix it with over the counter parts.
as it was the car wasn't a freeway car.

you can tell I'm a little defensive huh!

  8. I was just listening to some Ween the other day and it made me think of this roadster! Will it be running and driving for the new owner or just have an known good engine? We long hairs gots'ta let our freak flags fly!
