The ole 216 got very tired a couple weeks ago so I got fired up on the 261 thought I would polish the intake
Meanwhile I got a set of cheater slicks and front runners mounted them on a pair of vintage smoothies rides great on the new radials and for the big test drive Thanks for looking
Just read this thread all the way through. Cool stuff for sure! Your new motor looks great and the Fenton manifold surprised me with how well it polished out. Wish I'd have caught your thread "way back when", I could have photoshopped different wheels and stances for you. The offer still stands if you have ideas for a different look. Eli
Man thats whats it's all about Buddy ! To think I got that intake with a load of other parts I bought, the guy was just gonna chunk it cause it was "broke"...haaa Glad to see it beathing new life again, and damn It polished up nice !
I'd forgot about this build after I first saw the original posts about it. I'm subscribed now!! You and your Dad have really done a great job here. I LOVE IT!!!!! I'd kill for a 37-38 Chevy coupe. That 261 looks great and I can't belive how well the Fenton shined up!! This is what it's all about!!
