Kirk - say it ain't so! (Moderators, please delete if inappropriate.) I don't know Kirk, other than to say hello, so I have no financial interest in this. I jusy love this little car, that's all. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1927...6031232?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item564b086e80 If I had room in my garage for just one more car, this would be it. But, even a teesy-tiny little one manner such as this would have to sit outside. And that becomes a problem when you live in upstate NY. Good luck with the sale, Kirk...
Yep, has to go for multiple reasons. Mostly because my seven year old daughter loves old cars and is constantly bummed that she can't ride with me. I have no way to afford a second ride so the Legion is going. I want her to grow up cruising in old cars, not thinking it's something dad goes and does.
Its too bad more parents dont think like this. Good on you man it will come back around in your favor with all the quality time you get to spend with your family and your hobbie.(er I mean lifestyle of course ) LOL
You sir, are a good dad! Are gonna let her help you build your new ride? I love it when my 7 yr. old girl helps me!
Great photo Kirk, brought on a big smile. And also have to say i think you're doing a real good thing moving towards something you can enjoy as a family. The Legion is a killer little car, but i imagine that sharing road time with her in the next build will be priceless. Tony
Cool, but it won't be long........... my daughter just told me my calendars are "inappropriate" ha ha... she just turned 9 I just sold the roadster to buy a 56 Nomad for the same reasons, two kids and a wife that love old cars, YES!!
geez KIRK, if you could photograph 'love' I'd say you did it If that makes me sound like a wimp, so be it. Great shot, man.
Yep, I busted you! I have some customers that still do it up "politically incorrect" with the calendars so now they are in the body shop bathroom. (my 12 year old son found them though)
