Bitchin. and im not too deep on 59/60 chebbies. It has a Starlite feel to it. Or did you build it. We need more info/pics. And we need Groucho back!
When i picked it up it was bagged already but was a complete hack job. It also was full of bondo and literally had chicken wire meshed into the rear quarter panels. Matt Noble has since rebagged it, fabbed both rear quarters and just done some little odds and ends. It has a stroker with a t400 tranny, new driveshaft, new shocks, blah blah blah... Since these pictures unfortunately i got in a accident but it is back in the paint booth so ill be able to post some more pictures in about a month or so.
Noble does top work. Sucks about the accident, but if its already being taken care of its kool- Unfortunatley if you drive'em shit is gonna happen. Too many retards on the road with us.
that was the '78 coupe deville really low milage car i had .. was goin 80s style with it, but got a good offer from a friend and he still drives it stock ... great car, just didnt have my heart into it
japan KILLS it .. my club has a chapter there too .. heres my new 63 ... finally all the work is done and its on a transport truck .. its 2 hours from me now ... cant freakin wait, thought i would post pics for fun while i get excited .. just need to change to a ybone when it gets here and a few small bolt on parts, give it a nice cleaning (assuming it got dirty in the enclosed trailer), and drive the fucker .. skirts are off in the pics but they are painted waiting to go on ... looks better with em on for sure .. need the ybone in first
Some consider my 62 a lowrider, others not so much 'cause it's got a 409/4 speed. Regardless,i built it similar to that style and kept it simple much like the old school West Coast style's posted in the thead. They are just SO clean and classy. Although mine is bagged, not lifted. Hope ya'll don't mind me adding it to the thread. Tony
I love old school lowriders but 100 spokes are gay as hell. Glad they are finally loosing favor, now if we could just get rid of "donk" rims.
Not really. 100 spokes have their place. G-bodies seem built for those for example, and althou im not the biggest fan of them myself i learned to appreciate them. Donks on the other hand can all burn to the ground Todd, that is a veeery nice car. Whats the story on it? can we see the set up? Who did the paint? and if you dont mind me askin, when did you cross to the dark side (y'kno, Ds, extended uppers, etc...) J/K.
What am I looking for that applies to the 2 cars I questioned? I don't see either of them on the prior page
