I'm 28 and most of my friends are at least 10-30 years older than me. I love sitting around in the garage listening to the stories of the old days. The best advice my grandfather ever gave me before he passed away was "open your ears and eyes and shut your mouth". I have an upmost respect for the old timers. If it wasn't for meeting those people who are in my life I wouldn't be the person I am today.

 

We are telling you how to act or dress, honestly most of us don't really give a shit, (plus we remember how our folks didn't like the way we dressed either) but when you try and pass it off as being the way it was "Back in the Day" or as the OP said, re writing history, then yeah, we do care and we will give you shit for it - because at that point you deserve it!

the biggest problem with the younguns (then me) is they have thin skin and get pissed off when someone has an opinion different then they do and the other person tells them thier personnel thoughts on the matter and it pops the youngys little bubble andthey cant handel it
