I've got a couple of pairs of those too. This is the first time I've heard of another set. Did you get the wingnuts that go with them with the "K" in each? It's surprising how much those covers weigh too.

I don't have the wingnuts for one set that I have and found that what looks really cool is to make bolts out of all-tread to hold them down and top them off with the chrome bullits that just fit the holes at the top.

I decided to put my set of Keystone valve covers on my coupe. After putting them on, I decided that I should have put these on 10 years ago when I built the car.

I bought a pair yesterday at the swap meet. I only bought them because I have never sen them before. Probable paid to much for them. didn't get the wing nuts.

If you want to run them without the wing nuts, they look pretty good with the chrome bullets that are sold for license plate bolts.

They weigh about 6 pounds each. I don't think the ones I bought will seal, they had been tightened down so much.they are warped pretty bad.

I recently spoke to someone at O'brien Truckers about casting the wing nuts off of some spare ones that I have. Would their be any interest in them if we have some cast out of aluminum?

I think I'm going take mine the swap meet. I already have a plan on what I'm going to use. MY car is a late 50s early 60s period so I think I'm going with a chrome stock Chevrolet script valve cover.

Hey, I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if you might know where I can obtain a set of those Keystone wing nuts (12) or whether anyone might have a set you'd be happy to part with. If not what have you used as replacements. I have a set of the small block Ford Keystone valve covers and I'd love to have the correct wing nuts as well if at all possible, or something similar. Cheers!

Yes, depending on the price. I only need one but can buy more.
    Do you have a price?
