Hey Gator, surrrreeeeee. Rub my nose in it that you're DRIVING your car. I haven't been to my buds place to work on mine in about a month. Next step is to pull the p*** door from big blue and make sure it fits my new caddy body from the damage. After that hang front clip and a little fab work before blowing it apart to weld solid all my work
Hey Hoboy, suuuurrreeee, how long have we been hearing that...??? Any excuse is as good as the next...!!! Here's me and some pals cruising KKOA's event... R-
thanks! i was originally looking for a fleetline but came across this one first ive been told not to cut it up as it is an o.g. car, so i got a visor, the skirts, and a swamp cooler, and some 72 spoke reverse zenith's for it, should sit low enuf and give me the look im goin for
Aw man! It looks so good how it is though! Why clutter it up with a accessories and spoke wheels? The wide whites and caps look PERFECT, and you can't improve on perfect. IMO, all your caddy needs is a mild lowering using the stock suspenion components ( remove leafs, cut coils etc) Your car is gorgeous how it is.
the wheels would make it sit lower this is what i had in mind when i bought the car its a 47 but u get the idea and that pic gives me a hard on everytime i see it lol
Its your car, so do whatever you want, but I think the wide whites on steel wheels look 10000000x better
the only wires wheels that should be on a Cadillac are the Kelsey-Hayes. don't be putting lowrider wires on it!
Scotty's convertible has been around a long time. The one you're talking about... not the epay one. I'll have to get some updated pictures of mine up. The motor is back in. It's a lot lower. Some body work is done. Hopefully I'll have it in paint before winter hits. Gonna be a long time before she's truly pretty though. I can't afford $4000 in chrome. LOL!
Very nice, I have the '53 eyelids and dash. I was also able to get a cheap pontiac steering wheel in black and had my dad machine out the center and weld in a cadillac center. Most people can't even tell the difference, but the bar angles are sloped down a few degrees
