  3. My pulse quickened a little when I saw the pic of that 1952 Buick hardtop. If that isn't a total pile of rust, someone should rescue that. Those are fantastic cars.......

Here is a '36 Chevrolet my neighbor has sitting in his yard... Been trying to sell it, PM me if you're interested.

  8. That '36 appears to have '39 tail lights on it.

And the park lights look like they might have come off a '40 pickup.

It does look that way... Good observation. Did a '36 only have one tail light from the factory? Someone could have added those so it had 2 due to different laws, I dont know.

The same lights were used on the 40 cars as well.

  12. Totally 100 percent agree!
    Someone save this car.
Looks better than the old tart I have hoggin the carport at the moment.

  13. Both of them look solid and buildable, looks like it wouldn't take too much to get either of them driveable. Some us like 4 doors.

  14. Not as familiar with GM cars, but Fords had a single taillight on Standard models up through '40, Deluxe had two taillights, passenger side taillight was optional on Standard. I think some states started requiring two taillights in the late '30s and new cars sold there had to have two. Many pickups came standard with a single taillight into the early '50s.
