Where did this Chevy Imp Conv go?

This '59 Chevy Impala Convert was last seen by me in Lafayette, IN / W. Lafayette, IN in 1967. Mild Custom, Roman Red, Custom front facia, '53 Ford Headlights.... and more... would like to know what happned to the car after 1967...!!

OMG, that car is dreamy, love the chrome slots and triple whitewalls. Not so keen on the single headlights.

 

I love posts like this.... because, really, it's absurd to think that someone would know where a car ended up when it was last seen 45 years ago... and yet, at least half the time, someone on here knows where it is, who owns it, and the odometer reading.

Nice, I'd dig it a bit more if they would have used a chrome florecent light defuser, instead of the white one

 

Not so sure about the short spear on the side.
I do like the closed in nostrils, probably going to do that to my 59.

 

Good observation and you are right, someone usually knows where they are! Small world the traditional car hobby.

 

I like the shortened front fender trim on the back.
