Buddy how about another contest if it is not too late say speed of 1st run and best speed for the event.

I am predicting you beat the original record you were chasing in the 1st run so I am going for 133mph and best run 201mph.

 

Sounds good Russ-let the contest begin!

We fired off the engine today, so we are ready for tomorrow!

 

I'd say "Keep em between the whites" but the whole damn place is white...here's to the best on this years Bonney, Buddy.............

 

Help! We need a 0-1\2 or 0 Enderle 80A fuel pump, if anyone on the salt has one!

It sounds like they found out why she's not running right!
When I left Sunday there was some debate if it was spark or fuel....

It was a pleasure to meet the whole gang, and a huge thank you for letting me hang out in the pit

We made it home Sunday night, hopefully I brought all the bad luck back to Colorado with me! We lost a tire outside Larimie. Go figure there wasn't a tire shop open @ 8PM on a Sunday LOL. Limped the car home on the doughnut spare.

143 mph on a rich test tune. Gonna change gears and plugs, lean it up a bit, and try it again.

Rich is a good way to start. That way you can tune into it. I see people so jazzed about getting to finally run, and it feels so good. just before it blew. makes for a short week.

We are in impound, on a 154.678 run.

We're chanking gears, and will try and back up the run in the morning.

 

Impound????? You set a record?

 

He made the down run. He has to make a back up run and the average of the two will be the record speed.

That's fast. I expect to see some 180+ runs now that Buddy has a record in his pocket and is more willing to leg it.
