Beautiful shots Tom, thanks for sharing them! We really are lucky to have so many great photographers here on the HAMB.

The wide shot of that 32 3-window is unreal. What gear are you using and what is the focal length of that lens? That is a beautiful image.

The trip up through Flagstaff and Southern Utah was quite scenic thanks to a perfect day.

Thanks. I used an 11 mm Tokina lens on a Nikon D7000 for that shot. I have hesitated posting more of the real wide stuff as I'm not sure the average person cares for it. But here's a couple more of the deuce.

This pic reminds me of a display of rocket engine on display at the Kansas Cosmosphere!

    Love the wide shots.
For the guys who have been there, How doe you clean the salt off your rig and out from underneath it?

I use a lawn sprinkler. Just move it around and flush the bottom of the vehicle for a day or so. Then I jack up the vehicle and treat everything with a chemical called Salt X. The Salt X neutralizes the salt and prevents rust. Do not use a pressure washer as this will force the salt into areas that you can get to.

As a side note, you would not believe what the salt does to a pocket knife. It must be something to do with the type of steel the knife blades are made of.

Photos seemed a taste subdued, over cast?

Very hazy Wednesday and Thursday. It looks like it was clear and crisp over the weekend. It wasn't all that hot, maybe 90 or so.

I LOVED this tank. With the fairings off you could really see how well it was packaged and engineered. The most impressive part, for me at least, was that this was the first car the guy has EVER built. It was just beautiful.
