I feel GREAT! Put the front wheels back on the DT this morning, lowered it down off the stands, fired that bad boy up and idled up and down the drive, then pulled it up in front of the house! I AM EXCITED!!

Pulled it back in later, topped off the trans, pulled the diff cover, made a new gasket and filled the Dana 70 with gear lube, and put all the power steering fluid I had in the pump. The I pulled it out into the sunset, took some more pics and hitched it up to the little "Tini-Home".

It's exciting after 3 years of working on it to finally have it running and driving. Lot's yet to do, but it's all downhill now!

Your roadster, wagon and Diamond T are cooler then a duece coupe Brian. I'd take all 3 over a 3 window.

That is just '06 (and lots of other year) Chevy pickup red. Nice color, not too much orange. Interestingly, ALL Diamond T model 201 trucks, the little ones, were red. The bigger trucks were available in a wide variety of colors, all with the green beltline, but the pickups only came red. Which explains why all the pictures I could find when I was searching were red...

Love the project. The Diamond T has to be one of the classiest trucks ever built. Why would they offer them in anything but red? ;)

Cool, I learned to drive in my dad's 48 1 ton pickup. It wasn't nearly as nice as yours.
