Customs **BadLuck 52 Part 2- Paint**

yeah i just think it flows better that way.. the only time i like the lip is when they put one along the bottom of the car too... hey you'll get there soon.. took me 7 years to get where im at!

and now...... a few "teaser pics"







this was at 4am this morning... last coat of clear. Sorry for the crappy pics... will have a few day time pics today.. Pretty happy with the results..the green doesn't show that well in the pics.. but its a nice Kiwi, Lime-ish sherbert color.. i do have some spots where there's some sand marks i missed hitting with 400 and 600 and some small flaws here and there.. but again, driveway built, and my first real paint job like this... it was a loooong road, but i did it, and im happy with the results.. thanks for the positive remarks and support guys.. means alot... still going to let it bake awhile before i cut and polish... but i can slowly start putting things back together...and my sanding, body work fingers can now grow back

 

Looking good!! I can't wait to see it outside in the sun. Green seems to be a popular color for customs lately.

looks awesome mate! i just got a little suggestion (feel free to tell me to get bent) i think it'd look cool with a simple scallop coming off the front wheel arch done in the same flake you have on the roof. just my .02c you're doin a crackin job tho cant wait to see it finished.

 

hey thanks buddy! I actually considered that.. but i had scallops like that on the car before for 3 years.. so i was all scalloped out! Wanted something different.. but is a great idea!

I'm lovin it man ! Also love the yard( sorry o/t) there's no grass ! I'm tired of cutting grass here in south Texas .. The shit grows like its on steroids!It takes a lot of time away from hot rod building!
