Grill 1939 Pontiac. sheet metal

Time to start the work on a 1939 pontiac

Does any of you guys know how to make "slots" like the one in this grill?

are you trying to make the 39 Pontiac nose cone? or the grills?

I am not sure on the slotting of the sheet metal but if it is easier, I have a decent grille I will part with. just pm me.

 

How about a nose cone? got one of those as well.
