I see these at work almost every day, the older one is very complete, the later model one has no hood or grille.
Any one care to id these? That's part of the fun right?
The pics are cell phone, the land is posted so its as close as I can get.

  2. The first one is a mid thirties International. The second kinda looks like could be a 40/41 Ford but hard to tell from this distance.

Do you have any of the 48-53 Dodge "Pilot House" style cabs there? They're the ones with the wrap around corner windows like an AD Chevy.

I want to get the windows and a bit of the steel from one to put in my 36 tow truck.

Here is a 1939 vauxhall i found it has 2300 miles on it and it is 100% complete.I got it for a couple of humdred bucks and it is now at my house even though i don't know what i am going to do with it.The rust is only surface on the most part and the floors are mint, the engine also has been rebuilt.

Ah man... I love this thread, but it is painful as hell to look at. It seems so wrong, in so many ways, that all of this gorgeous, cool junk is going down this way... Pitiful... just pity full!:(

Glad it's not getting wasted, the 48-53 Dodges don't seem to get a lot of love.

But yeah, I want to find those corner windows and get the steel around them kind of like in this photo:

Then I could weld it into my 36 GMC (which was built with a 37 Dodge truck cab when it was hot rodded in the 40's)

And what I was thinking of was welding in either a 51 IHC rear window, or 35 Terraplane (as I have that part from both vehicles) which is a 2 piece unit on either for a look kinda like this quick dirty photoshop I just did.
