Holy hell, that is cool! Its amazing what these guys are turning out in Europe with a little sheetmetal and a dream.

 

First i loved the air cleaner, then it was the seat divider, and now the tail lights. Man you are doing some very nice work!! WOW

 

this is why I come here to see things that aren't rubber stamped and verrrry nice workmanship

 

WOW, just saw this thread for the first time! very very cool!!!!

i think it would look killer with some 18" 32 ford wheels.....

 

Or black Rudge-style wires with bright two-eared "knock-off" centres. As it's French the centres should have the symmetrical, squarish ears, not the British shark-fin-shaped ones (nor, come to think of it, the triangular cross-drilled American ones).

Looking at the pictures of the fuel tank installation, I was wondering about the DeDion rear suspension as well, looks like it has inboard discs. Do you have a picture that shows the rear of the ch***is?

I really like your car, Hispano. The proportions are beautiful, I especially like the bobbed fenders and the looong hood. Nice work.

 

This is genius. The video seems to show the hood vents held open to various degrees by detents in the mechanism. Care to share the details of how you did that? Pic would be nice...

Very cool build, never would have thought about building a '32 in this style.
Makes you think that all those ridiculous stretched and channeled fordors just need a set of fenders and a long hood to make them look cl***y.

 

Can't wait to see it in paint, and the hood louvers are very impressive...keep the updates coming please..

This car has such beautiful lines! As a fan of both European and American coach builders and coach built cars, I am excited to see someone apply these styling cues and traits to the cl***ic '32 Ford and produce something entirely new.

This car screams European styling...bringing to mind the early Jaguars, Bentleys, Hispanos, Aston-Martin, Daimlers, Mercedes and Bugattis of the period. I also find it bears a striking resemblance to the early Lancias, like this '32 Lancia Limo....especially in the radiator shell and headlight placement.


Great work! I will be watching for more!
