That's not Ann-Margaret with Howard. It's Angie Dickinson (as Feathers) on the set of RIO BRAVO 1959.

  16. Thanks, Ron, i know this for i'm lovin' his early tunes best. But i think between all the several models used for taxi services like Mercedes, DKW and all the others in the late 50's there were still some beetles being beat through the city traffic to haul young drunken rebels home after having seen Bill 1958 at the Hamburg Star Club or even Johnny Ray or Fats Domino...

This is one weird-ass publicity still, no? From 1915 to 1919,
Cincinnati-born Theodosia Burr Goodman usually made almost as
much dough as Charlie Chaplain or Mary Pickford -- sometimes as
much as $5,000 a week. Actually a trained actress, "Theda Bara"
tried to kick her "Vamp" persona after a few films by playing some
serious dramatic roles -- to no avail, as she'd been type-cast by
both the Fox studio and the film-goers. Just as well, since this over-
the-top personality surely couldn't have found an audience in the
Sound Era. She and her rich husband bought a huge estate on the
water in Canada in the early '20s and just enjoyed life, for the most
    part.

One of the three most lavish liners of her day, matched only by the QM and Bremen, in fact, fitted out more luxuriously than either with an emphasis on first class cabins...which was unfortunate for a ship that launched in the Great Depression. Bremen shared her fate of a fire, while the Bremerhaven docks in '41.

Junior Soprano had the best line about Angie Dickinson in one of the Soprano's episodes...It can't be repeated here.

My favorite VW Beatle commercial was: " How does a snow plow driver get to work? In his Volkswagen bug of course.
