From what I have read, Troy didnt care much for fish.

 

I wonder if Chryslers attempts with turbines incited the Turbonique Co. to surface?

It all paralleled. I 'think' the guy who started Turbonique was an engineer in the aerospace industry from Fla., if I'm not mistaken (again), and his products were a spin off from that.
Many years have passed since I heard the name Turbonique WCD, so don't hold me to it. There was commentary on the Drag Cars forum about the Ozark Mule and some other Turbonique cars. This would make a good Google search some lost day.
Let's see........ what if I got an old Camry and a GADO, and.......... Darn, I almost you hadn't mentioned it now. Tom S.
