Powder coat Question

Can powder coat be buffed out? I have some gloss black that's looking a little dull.....What should I use? Thanks.....

 

If it is a quality powder properly cured, yes it can be buffed. If its just a little dull, just use regular compound or polish. Hand rub it first to Validate my first statement.
I've been a paint application engineer in manufacturing for many years and have buffed a bunch of powder.
