    Wheels look like Appliance wheels which came chrome with wire "basket" fake wire wheel hubcaps. Chrome blasted off and painted or powder coated satin black. Am I right?
    And is the rear axle tacked to the frame for good? Or is it mocked up and going to get links and bags?
