New ZZ Top video!

Been a fan for years, saw 2 concerts and still am a fan now...excellent tunes in the usual ZZ fashion...cars, girls and 3 texas rockers...

...saw the comment about his teeth, yeah, alittle too bright but hey, "he got paid" from all those albums before this and those paid for the cars too...still think cadzilla is the car to beat but he's tryin.

Ever wonder why the only guy in ZZ Top that doesn't have a beard is named Frank Beard?

 

Awesome video..liked the song...not one of their best but sure as hell did the original song a favor by coverin it...

I got it new in 1983 from the music store that I bought Eliminator from. Back then, the hot chicks in the videos were a natural, but now, nearly 30 years later, it seems forced. That's all, y'all.

I saw them in concert in about 1972/73 (I think) at the old Nashville Speedway,Leonard Skynard opened for them,they were all unbelievibly badassed,at the end of the show Billy Gibbons said I hope you all drive Caddilacs,and they got in a Caddy limo and drove out the back of the fairgrounds..it was too cool!

There are two kinds of chrome/silver ZZ key chains on there. The licensed ones with the longer chain with the smaller links and the knock off with the short chain with bigger links. None on their website anymore though.

I'm still thinking cars, legs and beards, great combination for a video.

 

One of my favorite bands to blast in the cars and while working in the shop. This is great!

 

IDK......I have always loved zz top but I feel like I just got punched in the mouth I mean LeGrange, Nationwide,Thunderbird, Cheap Sunglasses....Jesus just left Chicago and he's bound for New Orleans ... And now they are doing a cover of a rap song by DJ DMD ,Lil Keke and Fat Pat about crack dealers -I guess I missed something !!!! Still Love their music though!

I just noticed Jimmy Shines 34 pickup is there.

 

I did a shop tour about 3 weeks ago. The coupe and his pick up were there to drool over. Bs'ed with Jimmy for 15 minutes during the tour what great guy. Got a pic with him at the end he signed a couple nice tins for me to bring home.

To me the song wasn't what I have come to expect from them, they had such great songs in the past. But the cars were bitchin' and the chicks were smokin' hot. They always did have the best looking women in their videos.
