Hot Rods Hub Cap ID

Hello. Does anyone know what this hub cap belongs too? Aftermarket? If you do not have actual, helpful information, please take your "henways" and move along...

 

Ford wide 5 cap, 39 I think.

 

OEM Ford? or Aftermarket? I would have to throw $56.00 (at antique store) to buy it. Anyone have an idea on value? Thanks,

 

There are several on the auction site, one in abit worse shape for $65. I would say pass on it, from your pic it's hard to tell if it's origonal or repro, cheap at swap meets.
