The safety corridor between Raton and Texline just about had us shut down when we rode that direction in June. I would have much rather done that trip in a Roadster.

The little scoops are actually boat hull vents.
Although I could not find a picture of those exact ones,
these two are pretty sweet.

I never thought they wouldn't be non-automotive parts. Brian, could you maybe give us a hint as to whether these scoops are originally manufactured for automobiles or for something outside those?

Man I remember following your posts from Texas to Tacoma WA in the coupe. I loved it!! It was like I was there. Then to see your coupe at Tacoma's Hotrodarama was so fricken cool.
Now this!! You my friend are living life large!!!

 

Brian, GREAT ROADSTER & A OUTSTANDING STORY. Thank's for taking time to write and post it for all to read. I do wish you could have made it to Bonneville this year in it as I would have really like to have seen it in person. Maybe next year...

OK the brake scoops are attatched to the bottom of my kitchen sinks... I would take a pic but it's dark & scary under there.

Badass bending on the exhaust system Brutha! Nice detail. If this Hot Rod gig doesn't work out you have real promise in the plumbing arena.

Scoops are from a meat grinder....XL please......

Stromberg scoops are way too big to fit on a brake backing plate.
