Anyone from Ventura recognice this altered?

Hey, finally realized an old dream.... got me an altered
It came from Ventura in 2004 or 05 was built in mid 70s
If anyone knows more about the car or former owner please let me know.
Has valve covers with engraving: Dino's stripteaser, james higby engineering.

 

I havent noticed that one, and we started the vintage circuit in 05'... higby sounds familiar tho, may want to join headerflames.com and post for more info... somebody will help ya there
