Thanks Dirty Dug. My Dad was not very mechanical. He worked at a newspaper. He just turned 80 last week. Right now it has an old school 283 with a Duntov cam and a glide. It has a little rust now in places but really pretty solid. I don't have a plan when to tear it down but I will keep the same look. Maybe Ford power? I have other cars and it runs and drives now. I don't want to be one of those people who tear a car apart forever. The interior is still really nice. Brian

That is so cool. You should bring it up to the Ford Picnic at Belleview Community College on the first Sunday of June. A lot of people would love to see that car and meet your Dad.

I did not even notice you were in Edmonds. I have never been to the Ford picnic. Maybe but I am not sure about driving the 32 that far. I did go to Rochester to the Lucky Eagle Casino a few years ago ok. I could always bring one of my other cars? We will see. Thanks, Brian

  7. Wow, the interior still looks new. You should just address the rusty spots and clean off the graffiti and drive it for a while before you think about tearing it down.

That interior is from about 1975. It was done at a local shop that is long gone. They did very nice work. The graffiti is all gone and the rust is pretty minor. I am in no hurry to tear it apart. Here is a couple pics of me bringing it back from the dead. Brian

Oops.Sorry about the double post of one picture. If you look close there is a 57 Chevy Belair Convt. sitting behind the 32. I bet it is still sitting there 10 years later? Here are a couple more interior shots. Brian

I hired Fabian Valdez Vintage Hammer/Bean Bandits to bring my 32 sheetmetal back from the dead. Frank Barones Kustoms La 90032 is handling the fine tuning and bodywork right now.

  26. I was looking for the owner of that car all day trying to find out what color it was. I have a 1960 F100 that I'm thinking about painting dark blue and loved the way your '32 looked.
