well, i have done a few more things to it since then, and have a long way to go, but in the next few weeks i am spraying it a pearl white and a mat clear, cause its free product so i can drive it this spring and summer, then i can open the wheel wells and french the tailights and so on!
Here's my 53 Lincoln Capri. Just started sanding into it to paint it. Look out for that! Hopefully I'll have a new red paint job with black roof with red flake. Or maybe silver roof with multiple panels. We'll see. When I paint a roof, I usually never know how its gonna come out til I start masking and spraying
That has to be one of the most beautiful pink cars ever to grace our planet, and I know for a fact that my wife would leave me in one second flat for the chance to own it! Paul
It can be yours... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1955...4985085?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2323d482fd
Keep it quiet now!!! She may just have my ass killed so she can buy it with the insurance money. If you don't hear from me again round here call the cops because you'll know what's happened. Paul
Don't worry about her, it's been sold. It's on it's way to my Dad's garage here in Ontario Canada Gonna have to buy the old man a pink pimp hat now.
That is one seriously beautiful car, but PINK!!!??? Ferrfooksakes lad!!!! Sure, when you've been sniffing paint fumes for years and years, your judgement gets a bit blurred, but seriously, someone needs to seek some help. Hahahahaha
Dave, that is one hell of a lot of ugly you would have to chisel, grind and hack off. Those rectangular lights are a crime against humanity! Mind you, compared to those MkVIII's (and the resulting bitch-slappin' that Bob handed out to Mr Newbie).................. Nah, it's still got about a foot of ugly that needs fixin' Hopefully, it's gone to Lincoln heaven now.
That's right Between Cambridge and Brantford Dad-Bud , I'm more than secure enough in my manhood to drive a pink car Maybe not just any pink car ,but this one for sure
Are you fucking serious? Someone needs to lay off the Fosters and take a clear look at that PINK car. Who WOULDNT drive it?!??
That pink Lincoln is for sure cool. I wouldn't mind if mine was Teaberry. Anyone ever graft a '59 grill with headlights into a early 50s model?
