'62! I just drove it about 40 miles north of here yesterday for the Nostalgia Drags. I was giggling like some demented schoolgirl the whole trip up! I forgot how much fun these goofy cars are, kinda like an adventure in slow... Hell, even better when I got to the show I parked it right next to the H.A.M.B. booth that I was running, and it was mobbed all day! what is it gonna be like when it gets body and paint work?

This is kind of a neat old car I found.. I don't really have much information on it.. has a 1 piece glass front and a aluminum interior. It had old cheater slicks on it when I got it .( white walls are just on to roll it around)

A lot of nice Falcons, I especially like you wagon, BOERNESTAGE!!!! That is killer!
Here's a pic of my '63 Sprint. It has the stock 260 with the Ford-O-Matic. (I have a C4 in the garage almost ready to go.) I cut one coil, did the Shelby UCA drop and installed Bilstiens. It has 14" Mustang wheels with '57 T-bird wheel covers. I have a correct '63 underdash A/C and NOS dash clock waiting to go in.

I would love to talk a friend out of his factory Ford tri-power and install it.

I do too! Wish I could find a clean set for my Ranchero.

Yep... Ladies and gentelman my wagon has left the building! Boernestage's is just flat awsome in pictures or person. I kept taking pictures of it at Lonestar Round up and trying to explain to Miss Judy why ours would never be as cool...

Soul Spoon -- I like those 4-lug Cragers(?). I passed up a set a long time and regret it. They are hard to find, and as you say, it's nice to change things up.

Really like it with all combos. 4 spoke mags arent that had to find actually, just check craigslist often, youll be amazed.
Now, 4 lug bolt-on wires is a diffrent story, specially 13s.

Here are a couple other 1964 Ford Falcons I'm working on besides the black/red 64 convertible pictures earlier in this thread. The Gray/blue primered one is a almost rust free car from a junkyard in Nevada. It had a critter living in it at sometime and I cleaned out over two 5 gallon buckets worth of petrified plums & apples out of the heater box, dash, and old headliner. I'm planning a 347 stroker, Toploader 4spd, 9" rear end and have already rebuilt and installed the 9" in the car. The Phoenician yellow hardtop is one my wife bought and I'm currently putting floor boards back into it. that car will have a mild 302 sbf, AOD. I have Granada disk brakes for both. I will be busy for awhile with these projects. I modified a photo of a A/fx falcon and the last two pictures are what I hope to have someday.

    OK, so mine is a little OT, but it's a real '70 Falcon GT with a 351 Cleveland, close-ratio top-loader, 9" LSD.
It was the Australian equivalent of a Hemi Cuda or Boss 429 (yeah, I understand it's probably more like a Z/28 or Boss 302), but in its day, it was about the top of the tree in terms of perfomance in good old Oz.

My '61, built September of '60, Kansas City Plant. I saved it from a warehouse in Chicago last winter, pulled it out of mothballs and have put on 10,000mi+ since as my DD. Still running on the tired, oil burning, rod slapping 144... but it always starts. Implanting a mildly souped up '66 200ci soon!

You've got a lot to attone for mr.... Have you ever had a 41 year old Chinese lady point at her semi crappy wagon and say "You make my as nice as one you take picture of at Texas!!!" Now if it was a customer I'd be dancing on air...
