Used to see this car at a lot of swap meets around Dallas/Ft. Worth. Haven't seen it in several years. If memory serves me, it is still on a shoebox frame with a lot of extra suspension out back. It had a 460 and a C6 when I used to see it.
At rhe World's Exposition on Treasure Island in 1939 Ford provided 20 sedans with the V-8 as a tractor for side mount covered two axle p***enger trailers from the rail p***enger train stop into the Show Grounds. Free ride and a part of the ticket price. We came in by train (Exposition Limited) and rode right in and little did we know that two weeks after we were there five of the nations with displays would be at war. Normbc9
Years back there were a couple of 'A' sedans around with goose neck hitches on the roof centers. One was sporting a BOSS 429. Steve
Last year at a local show there was a T coupe with a roof mounted hitch. It was towing a big camper.....got a picture somewhere...
