http://autos.demotores.com.ar/dm-2459806-ford-otro-modelo-otra-version-1940-1km# That's about $13000 US dollars. what do you think ? I like the 40' standard or 39' deluxe better. But his one looks really good. Update: Owner did not accept my offer, still talking though. But today this showed up.., no ***le though : http://www.arcar.org/ford-1935-coupe-52263 $5500
what those two guys said. You really can't pay too much for a car like that, you can only pay too soon. How cool (to those of us in the US) is that RH dash? Buy it....buy it now
Dig it too! It will now be part of my ever expanding mental dictionary. It WILL get an "S" after the second t though. Best thing about ***s? They travel in pairs!
That means the car has a ***le and the guy name's is on it . All paperwork in order. That's really a plus .I agree, the price seems really right.
Wow , right hand drive ...tried it once in a Holden . No thanks to that . Price /condition looks pretty good from here . T
Just talked with the owner. What a really nice old guy . In dollars the price is actually lower. He would let it go for $11K I wasn't really thinking about a 40 coupe, but it's so nice....
Looks like for the money if you were not thinking about a 40 Ford it is a good time to change your mind. For me it would be lower it a little bit and drive it every day, I don't know what your roads are like if the resemble the roads in mexico maybe lowering it is not such a good idea. .
Yah probably way overpriced for Argentina... Give me the guys phone number and I'll have it shipped here to the states.... But seriously, don't you own it by now ????
Wouldnt right hand drive be cool in the USA? It is really easy to learn, the only time you have to pay attention is when you make a turn.....to get into the correct lane. Shifting left handed is easy too. A right hand drive would freak out people at a stop light
go get it---would jump on it and add to my stash I bought a nice 40 std coupe a while back with ch***is done, metal work done, all orig parts there and a good running smblk with a 350 auto for $20K and was very pleased to get it--don't know when I'll begin but the one you show for the price is a good deal.
I never realized the shift lever was on the left side of the column when they moved the steering to the right. Must have some interesting shift rods to snake over the top of the transmission or some bellcrank arrangement. Don
Only car left on my "bucket list" is a '40 Ford Deluxe coupe. So you know what my answer would be! I could learn to drive on other side of the car!
Buy it now. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. For that price, if you don't buy it, someone else will. Good luck.
Everything here is overpriced compared to the US. This is not the case at all, believe me. I will probably go for it.
