  21. WOW, this thing is pure art. Those headers alone - don't know if they're cast or fabricated but they're just perfect. And look at all the brackets and piping and how neatly everything is packaged. I'm guessing any welding on that chassis was O/A. It's good to see old photos like this to remind us of the incredible skills that designers and craftsmen in those days had, and all of it done without the modern technology that we take for granted today. Thanks for posting.

Finland 1937. The cabins of the trucks were made in Finland as general rule. The chassis was imported without cabin.

  26. Quite likely the Reed-Marquart-Reed car from New Paris, Indiana, later known as Jerry Marquarts "Bad Jose". Anybody have any other information on this car?

  28. Here's the only other picture I have found of the 55 when Jerry had it.

  30. Those 58 thru 64 chevy,s had a X frame. nothing between the rockers and center of the car but sheet metal. Ive seen plenty of them wrapped around a pole or tree back in the day. The 61 pictured appears to have suffered a side impact. Maybe rammed by a falcon? OldWolf
