Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner at their very best sharing with us their “musical” renderings
of such beloved favorites as “If I Had a Hammer” and “Mr.Tambourine Man”.

The Jack Webb school of acting has not only brought forth dramatic on screen performance, but brought to the surface a gift of singing and merriment never before heard. Itune these two for a real laugh.

Her mother was of the religious belief that only prayer would heal one, so Harlow lay resting in bed dying. At the time of her passing, Clark Cable was her co-star in the movie Saratoga. Her not showing up for filming prompted Cable to check on her at her residence wherein she was found suffering from the effects of the ruptured appendix. He had her rushed to Hollywood Presperterian Hosp where she later died from peratanitis. They finished the film with her stand in by having the replacement face her back toward the camera or donning a giant brimmed hat to conceal her face. In addition certain scenes tha were later filmed, showed a normally thin like Harlow to be puffy. Early indicator that she wasnt well.

That car has every accessory made at the time. Is that a coons tail in the middle of the hood?

Dave Stuckey was the original owner when he was a kid working at Darryl Starbird's shop.

After the first version (channelled without the top chop) was finished in 1959, Dave sold the car to Larry Farber, who is pictured here with it. Larry hired Dave to build it into the radical version from which the model was made. I believe that Dave was operating his own shop in Wichita by this time (1962).

Dave Stuckey owned a hemi powered Bantam on a dragster chassis with full nose piece back then. Because of this drag car, Dave has sometimes been confused with Fuel racer/chassis builder Rod Stuckey from Kansas City, but they are separate people. Rod died in a cycle accident in the late '60's.
