OFCC was the accronim which stood for Old Fart's Car Club.
The had no meetings, no dues, no rules but a really cool logo
that John McNally designed on the floor of his garage with chalk.
They got commercial with T-Shirts, then the guy with the pattern died and the club did too.

 

I was wondering the same thing. Some very cool history to the club
