How to change title under user name

Just wondering how or who puts the title under a users name. Mine has NFG ( I assume it means new f*%$#ng guy? does it ever change? been on here over a year.

 

I mean FNG

 

Not to sound like a smart ass which I often do, if you were on here more you'd read repeatedly what it means and how it changes over time.
It has something to do with the amount of good posts you make. Even this crappy post counts for me.
Most of us don't care what we are called. We just post, read, and enjoy the forum.

 

I believe the administrators handle that and you will need to participate! a year and a half...seven records of participation
