How hard do you have to hit a man with the butt of your .38 to make him crumble to the floor in silence like they do in the movies? As it turns out, pretty damned hard... and multiple times to boot. I must have hit that man seven or eight times befor...

To read the rest of this blog entry from The Jalopy Journal, click here.
I for one am really glad to see a real hot rod win the title. Bias plies, real V8, minimal 'comforts', and especially the T body really make it for me. Congrats to everyone involved. And who knows, maybe this car will be a turning point for many AMBR recipients to come.
never hit a person with the butt of your gun, you could easily cause a negligent discharge and shoot yourself or someone else.
Great. Now I have coffee all over my key board. Multiple time over. But thank you Ryan, for making all right in the world of rodding.
You guys made a good choice. I covered the show as a media representative of the new startup Italian magazine.
It's not necessarily how hard ya hit 'em, nor how often, it's usually where ya hit 'em that makes the job easier!!! and by the way Ryan, aren't you from Texas? WTF ya doin with only a .38? You musta just moved there!!!
Oh. My. God. I think you just uncovered the reasoning behind my annual snubbing at the press gate. Obviously, I was spelling it wrong. That's awesome.
As a judge I find this highly disrespectful to all of the hard work we all put in. You should delete this immediately.
And therein lies the problem with judged car shows... Somehow, someway we started to take them so damned seriously and so damned literally that the fun was choked out as if by a renegade chicken bone. It's all in fun my man... No bad intentions...
There was a time here on the HAMB when a lot of you felt that Roy Boy was just one of those damned cookie cutter, resale red Street Rodder supplier guys. ROFL. Personally I think he done did his daddy proud.
. Damn Ryan, As soon as I heard who won this year, I KNEW YOU HAD TO BE BEHIND IT!!! GOOD ON YOU!!! .
after reading Ryans post, I have to be honest and say how utterly disappointed I was in it. Not one picture of the blood, you could have at least posted a video........
All right, I gotta know, which one of you clowns is this? You'll have to stay after class. This is just as funny as Ryan's comments or am I the only one that sees it.
I'm not entirely sure what Ryan should do on his site. But what you should do, on his site, is do an Intro and fill out your Profile. ...
Ryan - Great Blog! ... Your "matching satin jackets" paragraph really made me chuckle (almost as much as Tom davison's "Giullape Journal" credentials) ... funny stuff! Congrats to Mr. Mumford, Roy & his crew @ Brizio Street Rods, Darryl (Vintage Color Studio/hollenbeck32), Sid Chavers (Hotrodstitcher), and all of the other talented craftsmen (past and present) that helped bring The Kelly Brown Track "T" to fruition!
It's probably Ryan....lol! If not he might have to shut down one of his own threads before it gets ugly
