you guys make me laugh! there is a good chance the car would have been LONG gone, crushed, demo derby, beat to hell by a kid, used for target practice, pushed into a washout/riverbank, if this guy hadn't SAVED it!!

I wish I had pics of this old fargo I had seen about 8 years ago. All original and family owned since new. It was a 54 and mint shape. Kept in a barn and just driven once or twice a year. Guy was selling but wanted Barret Jackson money for it. I said no but thanks for showing it.

Yes they are. They are in a field about an hour and 15 from Winnipeg. The area along the water is a campground but i could not find an owner to see if anything is for sale.

Now that's two of those I've seen, both in Canada.

I love the deco fins on the front of the roof!

This car belongs to my dads idiot friend . In Australia he imported about 6 cars from the states. If you could buy them cheap enough you could make a big profit from them.the other ones were luckily sold about 2 years ago. When brought out here the cars were show condition perfect restorations. Except the pickup. But sitting on my parents farm for 6 + years has not been kind to them. The saddest one is the 63or 64 ss impala he Had multiple offers at about 30,000 on it and wasn't happy. Instead let's it sit in the weather rusting it , fading the interior and turning the whitewalls into chalk. And multiple dents from cows rubbing against it.lol. The other is a chevy pickup that had awesome patina before it came here an sat in the weather for ages
Should just send it back to America .

Show quality to me. Really good up close. But having a restored car sit outside for 6 years won't really help it. The licene plate is bent. From a cow or sheep using the edges on the car to scratch itself. A cow used an Oldsmobile to lean against and completely fu**ed it's door at the place. 30 grand offers when it was first bought over to aus. When it looked good. In Australia carslike this don't really exist that you can buy. Australia has a massive mustang population though.

Any car that sits in bad conditions can start to bubble like that under the paint, rust will come back, that does not mean that they just painted over the rust, while it may not have been repaired correct it may have been done nicely at that time, it was likely just small bubble or tiny hole at the time the car was restored. Looks to me it was a nice car when parked. I had a buddy that had a really nice rust free 68 Camaro and he parked it at my house to store it, grass grew up around the car, it was in a spot of the yard that kinda stayed soft and moist most of the time, it did not take but about 3 years for that car to REALLY go down hill, I mean rockers, floors, lower front fenders, 1/4's doors the entire lower body had rust bubbling, and I had seen this car bare metal 5 years before, it was a solid car. moisture, and grass around the cars will kill them very fast.
